We are proud to provide services to regional and remote locations as well as metro areas. We are also very pleased to be able to provide some of our services to New Zealand and Asia.

Tina Davies
CEO Freepoint Group
Tina has over 20 years of management, consulting, and commercial experience within the
private and public sector. She has worked in the commercial law sector, Local and State
Government, and across various private industry. Tina has been responsible for the delivery of large and complex projects and programs for over 20 years, including: the merging and decommissioning of organisations with over 6000 employees; major restructures and redesign of operations and companies, and the delivery of cost saving programs valued at over $200M. Tina is also Managing Director of TD Strategy and Consulting, a small boutique consulting firm that helps businesses grow and change.

Chris Roeves

Chris is a qualified Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ industry experience
in Australia and the UK, specifically involving building inspections with life cycle costing
and project management of construction and fit out projects.Chris specialises in
building surveying, Life cycle planning and sinking fund forecasts, detailed analysis
and diagnosis of building defects, identification of long-term maintenance and Capex
items, project management, and built asset risk management.Chris specialises and
tailored building consultancy and has delivered a range of specialist projects to clients
both in Australia and overseas.
